Damp Proofing

• Damp Proofing course helps to prevent damp rising up the walls and damaging the property

What is the process?

First, wall plaster is removed to approximately 1.2 metres high.

After that, a damp proof course injection is applied via holes drilled into the walls, to create a water repellent barrier. This process uses a renovating limelight backing which is breathable salt resistant, has excellent thermal qualities, and reduces condensation.

Finally, the wall is then replastered with a multi finish plaster.

Installation of a new damp proof course within the damp walls will help to provide protection for the property.
All our damp treatments are covered with a 10 year guarantee for peace of mind.
We are approved damp agents for sovereign chemicals.
